The manga is about “the Princess” and her Beast Knights (who’re different people chosen by talking animals who they can only see) and their goal is stop the Biscuit Hammer - a giant hammer that hangs in the sky poised to smash the world - and the Magician Animus. In exchange for helping save the world, the animals will grant their knights one wish which they can make any time. The main character Amamiya Yuuhi at first heavily resistant to doing this. Until he meets Asahina Samidare. The Princess. Samidare however, isn’t just the princess. She wants to save the world only to selfishly smash it down with her own fists after. She doesn’t do this because she hates the world, it’s because she loves it and she wants to claim it as her own. Yuuhi immediately agrees to serve this “demon lord”. And so the context of this is Sami pointing her fist at the planet. It’s actually based on a panel late in the series. More than the epic aspects of it, there’s a lot of life lessons about growing up, life, death, grief, and such. The art in the series isn’t the best, but Mizukami-sensei does get better during the course of it. And even me who’s a bit snobby in the art styles I like to read loves this manga to bits. I am still waiting for an anime that’ll probably never come, but it would be so amazing and the feels wouldn’t stop til it ends with everyone in tears. This is actually a wallpaper though! I’ve included several different sizes if you’d like to use it. I’m actually using it myself, as you can see here on my personal/reblog blog. It’s been awhile since I’ve posted the first WIPs to this, and mostly I got most of the work done during the 200+ followers thank you livestream that I did (probably because not many people stopped by to ask for requests). Red Queen Alice finished! It’s a nice break to do something for yourself once and awhile but now I gotta go back to commissions and looking for work. :’( Also wow - sooo don’t like this update to tumblr. Too much too fast. Not to mention DA also updated on the same day, so thanks for overwhelming us sites, thanks a lot.

Ohi. More breath of destiny stuff between work things JonasDeRo released his brush set as well so had to play around with it. Don’t have the time to use them for work yet though until this current… project is finished. Or if I have time after I finished daily work. (I say “work” but this isn’t really a stable job…)

Oh hey a fanart thing that isn’t Yogscast. XD; Sakimi-chan released some photoshop brushes so I decided to play with them. This is Satoru Asahina from Shin Sekai Yori or Tales from the New World. It’s one of the most intriguing shows this season but requires patience, open mindedness and somewhat of a strong heart. (I can’t say much about the fandom though since some tumblr posts have been incredibly rude about things like people leaving because of a certain episode and how people should leave if they like certain ships. So yeah.) Also, still haven’t gotten any commissions still :(, partly why I’m randomly doing whatever I like. XD; But commissions + giveaway still going til the 28th.

Et fini~ But it’s really late so I’m to the point I’m not sure if anything looks right so I’m not sure why I’m uploading this right at this moment. Process comparisons here (though they’re all on my tumblr). Rant here so smaller text! I suppose I kinda wanna give a little ramble about how I got into Yogscast. It actually starts with Acheivement Hunter’s first Let’s Play Minecraft, which I shared with my friends and then we got into it to the point we bought the game. Then one day I was searching skins (though I make my own anway XD;…) I saw ad for the Minecraft Monday show, which one of the episodes I distinctly remember The Survival Games 2 being featured which I downloaded because of the really amazing details, but my friends and I are just a three-man group who don’t pvp, so I looked up videos, one of which was inthelittlewood’s. I liked the content he made though I wasn’t big into watching youtube stuff ‘cept for reference back then, I tuned into his content since it was amusing. And then he had the Survival Games with the Yogscast. It wasn’t right then I got super into Yogscast but I’m rather happy about the interconnectedness of them all that lead me to having something to laugh at everyday and watch while I draw my art. So, just. Thank you Yogscast for being amazing. :D Please keep being so~ And that’s my /cool story bro But tomorrow there’s a lot of things I’m looking forward to so nainai~
